As you walk into this home, you see right through the living areas to the open water views. 
Comfortable living spaces and open floor plan to the kitchen and the screend in porch.
The modern and sleek kitchen has stainless steel appliances with an island cooking station. Eloquent Cambria counter tops enhance the coastal theme.

The wraparound walkways enable sensational views! You can relax right off the private master balcony or go down to the main floor and open the French doors to larger balcony for entertaining friends and family. Morning coffee overlooking the water or cocktails in the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets on the screened balcony is where you'll live!!

Two bedrooms and a bath is located on the main floor and there is  master bedroom with onsuite bath is located on the top floor
and another bedroom with a bath and queen size bed also facing the open water views.

The dock has two sections, a new 16,000 pound boat lift for a 32 ft boat plus a 40 ft dock.  It's only a short ride to the open ocean for fishing and diving. Private ramp and fenced in yard.  Lots of room for for  extra large  trailers, RV's, trucks and more.
This home and property is located at the end of a quiet street on Cocoplum. You don't want to pass this property up!!

Min. Booking age is 25 years old
Pool/ Spa will be heated with an additional cost of 300.00 per week pls contact your agent for more information.
Home has a max occupancy of 10 people no matter the age. 
One boat twoTrailer and three vehicles will be allowed per stay.
Check in is at 4 pm and access information given 24 hour before arrival.
Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check in experience is memorable.
Home has surround out side property surveillance cameras
Construction on the lot next door has started  on 4/20/2021,Working hours are from 7:30am to 3:00pm.
Towels and Linens are provided.
A starter Kit of toiletries are provided
We also ask that you do a FRIDAY to FRIDAY booking unless you can match up with the existing reservation or speak with an agent.
7 Night MInimum NO EXCEPTIONS
For those that paid for Pool/Spa Heat  Notice:
Pool heater's max is 88 until 4:00 pm Spa heater's max is 98  from 5:00pm to 10:00 pm.
Pets allowed with Pet fee.

This home is a max  of 10 people at any time per stay and absolutely No pets at ANYTIME will be allowed. We truly want to make your stay as wonderful as possible with no interruptions or an order to vacate premises due to breach of contract.

Sunset Paradise on Coco Plum Review- This property was amazing and we had a fantastic visit. The house is located at the end of a very quiet street. Inside the house is completely updated and everything was super clean and freshly painted. The kitchen is well stocked and all of the furnishings are excellent. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The upstairs master is very large with a huge balcony, large walk-in closet and a wonderful bathroom. We found all the appliances and equipment in great working order. You have excellent views throughout the house and it is very light and bright. The house has great walkaround balconies on two levels to see 360 views. The back patio is very large and was one of our favorite spots to hang out or have dinner watching the sunset. The sunsets were excellent looking across the water. We spent a lot of time outside as this property has a ton to offer there. The lot is oversized with plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailer. There is a large side yard with grass and wonderful coconut palm trees. The pool and spa are fantastic. They are new and modern and we really enjoyed them. Poolside there is an outdoor shower, fridge and chest freezer along with a bench table, bar table, umbrella and very clean and new gas grill. The boat ramp worked really well for us as it is a huge convenience factor and allowed us to use our boat quite often. There is also a large boat lift as well. The location in Marathon is very good as it is close to many things on both the land and sea side. The sand bar is just outside of the main canal and its a quick trip offshore to the reef. The houses boat docks are really nice with one really large dock that is fantastic for sitting and relaxing in the Adirondack chairs or for fishing off of the dock. The views are nearly wide open of water and mangroves with only a few houses in view on the left side. It feels very private. We enjoyed the frequent boat traffic passing by in the canal and shared plenty of friendly waves with the fellow boaters. The property management company was very responsive and fantastic to work with. We love this property and hope to make a return soon! -Carrie and Bryan Lawson

Home has surround five outside property surveillance cameras, they are recording for Security and Liability Purposes. There is no cameras inside and no one is actively watching the cameras outside. Locations of the cameras are  as follows: one at the front,  one on each of the sides of the property and two on each back side facing out to the Dock and Tiki area.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.
