"Piece of Paradise" is a beautifully decorated one bedroom & one bathroom condo in resort syle setting with pool and tiki privileges. It is an individually owned unit and not part of the Skipjack Resort. There a king bed in the bedroom and futon in living room. There is a flat screen TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. There is a balcony off the bedroom. The bathroom features a shower with upgraded vanity and sink. There are two barstools located at the kitchen bar. There is no dishwasher.
Communical laundry room is located in the buidling behind the pool on the ground level (you will need to confirm cost as they are coin operated).
Resort amenities: on site pool, on site gym, laundry, tiki bar, pickle ball court, restaurant, live music almost every night, and so much more!!
This condo is in the heart of Marathon, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beautiful Sombrero Beach. Marathon is the "Heart of the Keys" and close to everything: Key West is 1 hour to the south, Islamorada is 45 minutes to the north. Two grocery stores are minutes away as well as the drug store, movie theater, department store and restaurants galore. Sombrero Beach is a short 2 minute drive. Award winning Bahia Honda State Park is just 15 minutes from the home. The 7 Mile bridge (2 min away) is an ideal spot to fish, or take a stroll and watch the sunset.
The unit is located at same address as Skipjack Resort but is NOT part of the resort as it's an individually owned unit. The only amenities you have accesss to are the pool, tiki bar & restaurant. There is no daily maid service provided or complimentary breakfast.
This unit does not have any dockage. Boat ramp and docking available from resort for a fee. You must make prior arrangements with the resort dockmaster directly.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Spent a wonderful week at John and Lauries condo.
Believe we were the first renters for this property. Bright, cheerful island decorated. Perfect get away
for a couple looking to get away from reality. Cozy king size bed. Futon in living room if needed. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own food. Poolside music almost every night till 10pm. Couple local bar hangouts just down the road. Great fine dining as well. Grocery store few block, we walked as weather was great. As for activities, Marathon has everything you want. Fishing, boat rentals, fishing charters, jet skis, dolphins, sea turtles, it is all within a few miles.
