Changes in Attitude is a stunning 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom single family home on Sombrero Boulevard. This property is warm and inviting and located in the desirable neighborhood of Sombrero Beach. This home is perfectly positioned on the property to maximize full use of the grounds, providing ample parking in the front, while creating an abundant outdoor living space in the back.

New custom designed Chef's kitchen features hickory wood cabinets, granite countertops, Wolf cooking appliances, full size Sub-Zero fridge and freezer, 105 bottle wine cooler, Miele espresso machine, oversized center island with seating for four, and built-in shelving/drawer storage.

Master bedroom features king bed with en suite bathroom. One guest bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom while the other guest bedroom features two queen beds and en suite bathroom. There is a full-size laundry room with additional fridge and storage galore. Half bathroom located in hall. 

Seamless indoor/outdoor living flows to the screened-in heat optional concrete pool (Pool/Hot Tub fee is $250 per week (included in rental cost), surrounded by new porcelain tile, generous lounge area and outdoor kitchen complete with ice machine, propane grill and bar seating for six. Immaculately kept tropical landscaping with seven types of fruit bearing trees, intimate walkable garden with stepping stones, orchid haven and gorgeous flowering plants.

We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. 

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
