Hip Nautic Luxury 2bed/2.5bath condo with true ocean vibes, shared pool & dockage

"Hip Nautic" is a stunning and very unique townhouse style 2bed/2.5bath condo right in Marathon. This vacation rental will wow you with its truly one of a kind coastal atmosphere, comfortable accomodations, and laid back location. Enjoy a vacation you will always remember at this gorgeous unit! 

When you enter the main level, you will find large windows that let in tons of natural light. The decor is very coastal and modern with amazing fixtures, appliances, textured walls, and so much more. The main floor hosts the comfortable living room with two sofas, a flat screen TV, and a half bath too. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a double-wide fridge! Off the kitchen is the laundry room which has a washer and dryer and a small sink. The kitchen island features a booth style dining table with seating for up to 6 guests. Two sleeper sofas too. 

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The main bedroom features a stunning 180-degree view, a huge TV,  King-size bed, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features built in bunk style beds, these are queen beds. Plus there a is twin size murphy bed too. Each bed has their own private TV and fan. There is also a pull out bed and a desk. The guest bathroom is located in the hall by the stairs and has a large soaking tub and quartz wall that lights up with different colors! 

The unit does come with an electric grill on the balcony. There are no communal grills on site. Propane/Charcoal grills may not be used under the buildings on balconies - must be pulled 20ft away from building. Do not use another units grill.

There is an assigned spot under the unit where guests are to park all vehicles & trailers. The parking spot is just shy of 8 feet high and is 40 feet long. There is no on-site trailer storage or extra vehicle parking. No rvs, campers or motorhomes. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. 

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

A public boat ramp is nearby, located near Vaca Cut for easy Gulf and ocean access. Enjoy the peaceful setting of this quiet community!
