"Peach Paradise" was built-in 2022, with Family, Fun, Luxury, and Water Sports Lovers in Mind. The home is located in Marathon, with ample parking space for a boat trailer up to 37 ft and 2 cars. The home faces the Ocean, with immediate access to open water (Atlantic side). Peach Paradise is a spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 baths home with an inground pool (pool size 14 x 18'.depth 4 1/2) feet and 50' of dock space. On the second level, you will have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a counters island that sits 8. Owners have spared no expense to ensure comfort and open simplicity with balconies on every room " Yes!! even the Kitchen and Livingroom". The two leather, plush reclining sofas are a great family gathering area with a Flat Screen TV and right across the room a half bath for convenience for those movie nights. This floor will have one bedroom with an ensuite bath, a queen size bed, and flat-screen T.V. Heading up to the third floor you will see the washer and dryer, as well as the three bedrooms that have queen-size beds, full closets, ensuite bathrooms, and balconies with plenty of sitting areas to enjoy a romantic nightcap or morning rays with a warm cup of Joe. All bedrooms have memory foam, firm, plush mattresses. As amazing as the inside of the home is, you won't want to miss the outdoor amenities, like outdoor games, an inground pool (Heating is at 88-90 max) outdoor Kitchen, 65 inches Flat Screen T.V., gas grill, refrigerator, bait freezer, 4 Kayaks and fish cleaning station. This is a real Paradise with all you need for a wonderful, tranquil vacation that you won't want to go back to inland.

One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay.(Trailer for a 35ft boat Max)
Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival.
Quality Control Staff will check the property on arrival day to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.
Towels and Linens are provided.
No spices provided
A starter Kit of toiletries is provided Only and won't last for your entire stay
You will be emailed our terms and conditions with your guest confirmation email and you will need to e-sign the terms to be able to stay in our home
Despite our best efforts, some matters are beyond our control (examples are: plumbing, electrical, air conditioning or sale of property) and an alternate accommodation may not be available. We of course will do our best to find an alternative property, but should that not happen a full refund will be given to the guest. If this should happen, VROTFK shall not be held responsible for any consequential or secondary circumstances, including but not limited to relocation expenses or additional travel expenses or any other loss.
VROTFK also does not accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas and electricity, outside construction noise, internet/cable, sea grass in the canal, the smell of sea grass, any cause of nature, insects of any kind, pool/hot tub malfunctioning including pool heat or plumbing. Nor will VROTFK accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions (this includes hurricanes)

We had a wonderful stay, perfect property for families and boating. The house was beautiful. Great location for boating to Sombrero Reef and fishing and then cooling off after in the pool. We saw lots of manatees in the canal and had a great vacation!
