This home is spacious living all on the ground level.  Brand new kitchen, which opens up to the living area. Large open deck on the back of the house provides covered outdoor space for Grilling and entertaining your self with a game of cards or a great novel. 
The bedrooms are set up with two on each side of the livinig area. Two of the King size master Suites have have ocean vistas. 
Large spacious rooms for sleeping in or taking a nap. 

Lots of Things to do! Snorkeling and fishing, swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Research Center, the Turtle Hospital is in Marathon and Aquarium Adventures is also a great spot to visit.  Key West is 1 hour and 15 minute drive from here, and Islamaorada is aobut 35 minutes from us.  Miami Airport is 2.5 hour drive.   Don't forget your water shoes to walk along the breakwater and find amazing creatures and explore. 

This home has a 45 foot dock for a boat up to 35 ft long and a 5 foot draft. The canals of Duck key are Flow through, therefore the canal is great for fishing right off the dock. Immediate access by boat to the ocean or bay.

The resort on the island has two public restaurants, two bars, dolphin encounters, parasailing,, Sunset Cruise boat, jet ski rentals. A true resort. Plenty of room for parking boat trailers and cars.
Pet Friendly - please ask about pet restrictions and pet fee. This will be based off breed, size & number.
