The Salty Turtle is a brand new 1bed/1.5bath townhouse condo in the newly finished Ocean Isle Fishing Village. 

The complex just finished a complete rennovation after Hurricane Irma. 

Enjoy partial water views from the living room & upstairs bedroom. The bedroom features a king bed with desk & full en suite bathroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a half bathroom downstairs.  Washer and dryer in the unit and on site coin laundry. All guests have access to the large waterfront pool and clubhouse. 

Parking for 2 vehicles under the unit. No guest or overnight parking in the community. Guests are not permitted to have trailers on property and cannot use the docks or ramp.

***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.

No pets allowed 
No trailer parking on site - No ramp or dock access
No guest parking - max two vehicles allowed 
 

Check-in is  4 pm on day of arrival. 

Check out is 10 am on the day of departure. 

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
