Introducing Paradise Pointe ~ a contemporary two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo that combines modern comfort with a coastal feel. This updated unit features a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with two full-size beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, while partial water views add a soothing touch to the ambiance. Step onto the balcony to enjoy the refreshing breeze and glimpses of the water. Residents can take advantage of the on-site shared pool for leisurely swims, and boating enthusiasts will appreciate the first-come, first-served dockage for their watercraft. The pool is heated & chilled.
Conveniently located near amenities, dining, and entertainment, this condo offers a perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility. Ideal for those seeking a stylish retreat with a touch of waterfront allure.
There is no communal grilling stations. If your unit does not have a grill you cannot use someone elses. Grills are not allowed on balconies & must be 20ft from the buildings per city fire code. The unit comes with a large Kamado Joe Charcoal grill. There is an assigned spot under the unit where guests are to park all vehicles & trailers. The parking spot is just shy of 8 feet high and is 40 feet long. There is no on-site trailer storage or extra vehicle parking. No RVs,campers or motorhomes.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer. The trailer must fit under the parking space or you will need to find alternative storage. There is no guarantee of dockage as it is first come first serve.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. A public boat ramp is nearby, located near Vaca Cut for easy Gulf and ocean access. Enjoy the peaceful setting of this quiet community! Want more space? Check out Keys Therapy! I was so happy to find this rental website. The rental was amazing and they left us with so much extras; we didn't have to run out and buy paper products, garbage bags, etc...

We loved every bit of this rental. Parking under the property was convenient especially in the hot sun! The house was just like the pictures, beautifully decorated! The beds were comfortable and we loved having the laundry right near the bedrooms. Enjoyed visiting our manatee friends at the doc; loved all the restaurants that we went too. I'm hoping to book again real soon!!

The Vacation Rental of the Florida Keys was the best rental experience Ive had. The team was super responsive and friendly. The team went above and beyond to help us when having issues with our boat which had nothing to do with our rental agreements. It was such a pleasure to work with the team.

Paradise Pointe was such a treat to stay at. The property was spotless and recently updated. It is a beautiful place to unwind in Marathon and walkable to many restaurants and activities. The Vacation Rental Group of the Keys provided exceptional service.

We were planning a trip to the keys and decided to give Marathon a try. We saw Paradise Pointe and what a Beautiful Property it is!!!
The condo itself has views of the Gulf, it is Well Maintained, Tastefully Decorated, much nicer than other places we have stayed. It offers Newer appliances, a large screen TV, a Washer and Dryer, comfortable Beds, and All the amenities of home. There is Plenty of Room for the whole family and youre not feeling like youre right on top of each other.
The location is close to the beach, the grocery stores and restaurants. They have boat docs, large pools, a Tennis/Pickleball court and the grounds are pristinely maintained. We brought bikes and kayaks, went for walks and spent the whole week relaxing.
I would definitely recommend Paradise Pointe to friends and family, we are already planning our next getaway!!!!

We loved Paradise Pointe!
This newly renovated home was exactly what we needed. We have been coming down to the keys for the last 13 years and feel we found a welcoming place here. Our trip was full of relaxing, pool soaking, taking walks, fishing from the doc, playing pickelball, and eating amazing food at local restaurants and in the fully equipped kitchen.
Additionally the condo was kept up, neat and very clean- which was super important to us.

We stayed in Marathon Key, Florida. We stayed at the Gulfpointe and couldn't have been happier. The condo was clean and very well stocked. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Weather was also beautiful. We will definitely go again.
