This Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath Oceanfront Home on Coco Plum Beach has the sound of the ocean lapping on the shore. 
This home also has an entertainment room on the beach.

Modern design features include floor to ceiling glass overlooking the balcony to the ocean views. 
The Kitchen has a center island kitchen with breakfast bar in an open and relaxing setting.
The main level of this georgeous home has a modern living room,  an open living areas, soaring ceilings and modern furniture. 
This level has one bedroom with a Pyramid bunk with a queen and twin size bed with one bath.
The Living areas open onto a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.
Hard to stay awake with the lapping waves in the background.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with fantastic ocean views and a King Size bed and ensuite bath.  There is a private oceanview deck. There are two other bedrooms that share a bath, One bedroom has a queen and the other is a Queen size bed. There is also a lovely reading area with a balcony overlooking the living room below.

Large 55 inch TV in the ground level beach entry living area.  Sorry there is no TV in the Main living area. 

Coco Plum is a great area for bicycling, beach combing and kayaking.  Hi Speed wireless Internet service is included.
GREAT kayaking from the beach! Boat Dock is available for up to a 35 ft boat. 

Trailer parking is the gravel area before you arrive at the house, on the right ONLY.
There are also beach chairs and umbella for your use.

You must be 28 or older to rent. (28 year old must be present during the entire stay)
7 night minimum, NO EXCEPTIONS
Max Occupancy: 10 (NO MATTER THE AGE) Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
