The Great Room is complemented with a separate coffee bar and beverage cooler to keep your beverages perfectly chilled.

Ascend to the top level where two luxurious, ocean-side, primary suites await-each adorned with king beds (100% Egyptian cotton sheets), private en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Wake up to the breathtaking panoramic vistas of the shimmering sea. The infinity-style sliding doors lead you onto your covered balcony, sit down to enjoy your morning coffee or tea and establish the tone for a day of relaxation or excitement ahead. The third bedroom on this level is a charming retreat featuring a triple twin bunk bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members and there is a full-size sleeper sofa. On the ground level, your private oasis includes a sparkling pool that invites you to cool off and unwind beneath the sun-drenched skies where patio chairs and chaise loungers are plentiful. A Weber Grill is provided to enhance your outdoor cooking experience and is conveniently located near the 6 seat dining set. The private 35 feet deep-water dock is just steps away to embark on your aquatic adventures and a 4' fish cleaning station sits at the dock's edge, along with an 8’ kayak launch area.

Miscellaneous Information and Special Notes: The Marathon Islands are located in the heart of the fabulous Florida Keys. Marathon is world renown for the best fishing, deep-water fishing and flats fishing you name it. We have the Lobster festival every year. Marathon has everything to offer from the best charter fishing to the best beach in the Keys right around the corner, Sombrero Beach, which is within walking distance from the property! Guest enjoy going to the close-by Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, Marathon Air Museum, Publix Winn*Dixie, shopping, bike paths and other types of activities.

Don't forget about all the great dining options and selection of Tiki Bars, local get-a-ways and McDonalds, Taco Bell, KFC too.

We provide kayaks and bikes if you want to go for a ride. It is easy to get around in Marathon in a car. There are limos to take groups to Key West only an Hour and 5 minutes away. The Marathon airport is 7 minutes away from the house.

We have had great success with the instacart app and service from Publix~ Make arrangements for your groceries to be delivered shortly after your arrival.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat at the dock & only one trailer on property. 

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
