Sleeping 8: (1 kings, 2 queen, 1 full - no sleeper sofa)
Imagine waking up each morning of your vacation to an amazing water view like this. This 4/3 duplex in Marathon, FL has it all. It is a BRAND NEW unit that has been professionally decorated. The unit boasts a family size spacious layout of about 1700 square feet, fully equipped luxury kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with dual sinks. This home has 1 king, 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. Outside you will find your own private pool as well as a shaded sitting area for you to relax while watching your family fish for your dinner from the 45' dock or swim in the private pool. Bring your catch of the day back to the villa and cook it on the included BBQ gas grill. An added perk to this unit is it is a short 10 minute walk to Sombrero Beach where you can enjoy the sand and sun.
There is room for up to 3 vehicles with no trailer, if bringing a trailer 1-2 vehicles plus trailer will fit depending on size. NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
