Welcome to Loggerhead Lodge, an exquisite property situated right on the open water in the heart of Marathon. This stunning retreat comprises a recently updated and renovated 4-bedroom/4-bathroom main house, complemented by an additional 1-bedroom/1-bathroom guest house, providing a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for guest use.
The kitchen and living room underwent a comprehensive update just last year, enhancing the overall modern appeal of the property. A master suite with captivating water views was a recent addition during the renovation, along with an extra bathroom adjoining the bunk bed room.
Indulge in luxurious sleeping arrangements with king beds in the master suites, two sets of bunks (fulls and twins) in the bunk bed room, a queen bed in the guest room of the main house, and another queen in the guest house. With the exception of the queen guest room in the main house, all bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms, and there is an additional hall bath in the main house.

Loved our stay! Felt like our own private island. Lots of parking space (we had four large vehicles), a large boat dock that fit our boat and jet ski, and the house was stocked with all necessities, beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen wants and needs, even a baby bath chair that came in handy. The bathrooms are updated and clean. There are two amazing coral reefs that are perfect for snorkeling only 15ish minutes by boat from the house. The view and backyard is to die for, and the house was perfect and beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck every morning and night. We even saw manatees right outside the dock. We hope to visit again next year!

Two Weeks in ocean front Paradise -
I have been fortunate to stay in a number of luxe places and this one is right up there! Fab ocean views from a beautiful home and gust house. Four great bedrooms and a fine fifth room with double bunks. Beautiful living and dining and outdoor areas.

Your home is awesome!
We arrived to a very clean home, big shout out to your cleaners. As you know the location is perfect, the private beach area was our favorite. We bought our hammock and placed it in between the 2 palm trees on the beach, so many relaxing hours spent there. We caught quite a few fish and enjoyed sitting by the firepit in the evening.
The kitchen was well stocked for our needs, the only thing that we couldn't find was a kettle, we are originally from England so we like our cups of tea! We found everything in working order and it shows that it's a well cared for home. We are in the property management industry so we are 'fussy' & know how difficult it is to get everything perfect - but this was.
We made lots of happy memories and would not hesitate in recommending your home to others. You have a beautiful, unique, comfortable and spacious home, thank you for our stay. We truly hope to return one day soon.

Fantastic property and perfect for our group of nine! We loved having a separate (adult only lol) cottage and house for the others. Beautiful cottage/house, grounds, pool, and what a view from the point! Incredible sunrise viewing from the upper deck, too. House and cottage clean and well-stocked for vacation needs. Plenty of space and seating inside and out in all areas!! We enjoyed fires in the firepit, kayaking, plus we brought a few other activities including a paddleboard and our boat (24.6 bay boat)- we kept a group of seven teenagers busy the entire trip! If bringing a boat, our only advice is be mindful of the tides- this is a Keys issue, NOT a specific property issue. The entry to the property lagoon/dock looks more daunting than it is-we did not have significant problems getting in and out based on width, the only concern was the water depth/tides which we watched while planning boating days. Property is close to grocery stores and local restaurants, and there is a great running path nearby, right across US1, along the airport. We also took a few day trips to Islamorada and Key West, both super close and lots of fun. Overall wonderful trip !!!
