14-night minimum stay per condominium association rules no pets.
This Spacious, Comfortable Condo is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit, central heat/air conditioning, and a private balcony. You will enjoy the Beautiful Ocean view and breeze while sitting on the balcony. All linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter kit of toiletries. The Condo provides basic cable and internet access for no extra charge. The Condo is privately owned but is located within the Casa Clara Condominiums in Key Colony Beach. All resort amenities are included with this rental, from the pool overlooking the ocean to the pier that seems to take you far within the sea for those quiet romantic strolls or taking in the fresh air to get away from it all. Resort also has a Tennis court and shuffleboard. This owner has provided a double kayak for guest use as well which is stored in the shed next to the tennis court.
Please Note:
You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed (4 people at any given time)

No subletting or employee housing
Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

Jesse was great. Air conditioning unit broke the first night of our stay and it was fixed within a couple hours.

The property was awesome. Beautiful few of the ocean and the pool was huge. It was easy to get a chair at the pool. We basically had the property to ourselves. The condo is self is nice. All the amenities you could ask for.

You Must Check in with the Casa Clara Condo Manager in the Pelican Room.
Resort Manager's Office Hours are from 9-5 pm Mon. thru. Fri.
All overnight Vehicles must have a visitor's parking pass.
The pass will be provided once you check in and sign the Registration Book.
We will email the Condo Manager your name and the form we will provide you after booking.
Access to the Condo is after 4 pm on the day of arrival You must Register Before 5 pm at the Condo Office. If you arrive after office hours please check in on the next business day.
Check-out is 10 am Sharp on the day of departure
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
